		<description>Thanks for the post, it&#039;s got a few links I&#039;m looking forward to reading. I&#039;m just curious as to why you are skeptical of ORMs and NoSQL. I don&#039;t know much about NoSQL; but as for ORMs, I have used Doctrine with the Zend Framework and find it very useful and convenient. I also recently read a blog post (I tried to find it but have forgotten it) stating they believed an ORM was a necessary result of a decision to use both an object oriented approach and a relational database system. I&#039;m also curious what your take on this is.</description>
